Team Building Scotland specialise in team building, challenges, hospitality and product promotion events, both indoors and outdoors. They have two exclusive operating bases as well as at venues throughout the country. They are able to assist in all aspects of bespoke corporate packages including whisky tours, exclusive accommodation and catering.

Team Building/Challenge Events:
Typically, an adventure team building event includes activities such as gorging, orienteering, and canoeing and a multi-activity event challenge programme includes clay shooting, archery, 4×4 and argo driving.

A mountain leader delivers survival programmes, for up to 2 nights in which participants gain an insight into basic to advanced survival skills depending on the event duration. Activities include shelter building, orienteering, food sourcing and fire building. First overnight is in a bivouac with the option of a highland bothy and second overnight is a luxury stay in a country house or castle.

Hospitality Events:
These include a multi-activity event such as clay shooting, archery and 4×4 driving in an outstandingly, scenic setting, often a popular choice for outdoor corporate hospitality.

A barbecue of locally sourced produce at their highland bothy follows all events, not surprisingly; these are high in demand in the spring and summer months. The location in the heart of malt whisky country enables them to offer the unique combination of an event with a whisky tour or tasting. Smaller groups can experience a more unconventional journey by canoe or raft to distilleries, where a warming dram will be waiting.

Team Building Scotland can also organise Fishing or Falconry Days in prime locations for these sports and provides picnic hampers of local delicacies on request.

Multi-Activity Events:
One of the most popular forms of outdoor corporate entertainment, as teams rotate through a selection of activities such as 4x4 driving, clay and target shooting and archery. These teams can be run competitively as team challenges or purely for enjoyment.

Also available is Canoeing and Sea Kayaking down Scotland’s most exciting rivers, abseiling activities from canyons, gorges, and even castle turrets! As well as mountain biking in the most scenic and technical trails throughout the Highlands, ranked among the best in the world.

Still, this list is not exhaustive of the workshops and entertainment that Team Building Scotland can offer!

Whether you are looking for team building workshops for an afternoon or over a few days, with over 10 years of experience in designing motivating and bespoke events, Team Building Scotland can provide absolutely everything you need from accommodation, to food, customised golf trips to parties.
